Thereā€™s something about real contactā€”where nothing is forced, yet nothing is held backā€”that keeps drawing me in. Itā€™s in those moments that I feel most at home, where truth reveals itself, not as an idea but as something alive, woven into the very fabric of experience. I sometimes say, "Truth and love are one and the same." Not as a belief, but because again and again, when I go far enough into either, I find myself in the heart of the other.
My path has moved through Buddhist practice, deep work with psychedelics, and long silent retreats; all shaping how I meet the world. When I found relational presencing practices like Surrendered Leadership, it was less like a discovery and more like finding my homeā€”it spoke a language I already knew in my heart. Over time, Surrendered Leadership became a natural expression of what matters most to me: meeting life as it is, with as much presence, precision, and openness as I can.
In practice, my leadership draws from kindness and care, but never at the cost of truth. I donā€™t try to make things go anywhere. I trust that if we stay with what is truly here, life will unfold in ways more real and surprising than anything we could manufacture. And that, to me, is where real beauty lies.
I live with my fiancee by a forest in Stockholm, where I work with clients drawn to deeper embodiment and self-discovery through presencing, coaching, and body therapy.
